Returns Policy
At Aureva, we prioritize the hygiene and safety of our products. Since our skincare and cosmetic products are designed for direct application to the skin, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures that all items you receive are in pristine condition and have not been exposed to potential contamination after purchase.
We thoroughly inspect each product before shipping to guarantee it meets our high-quality standards. Once the product is in your possession, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we allow cancellations only if the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will process your cancellation request if the order is still in our fulfillment center and has not yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, once the item leaves our warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order.
Replacement Policy
While we take great care in ensuring that your Aureva products arrive in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a replacement with the following conditions:

Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product. This should include:
- A clear image or video showing the damaged product.
- Photos of the damaged packaging, if applicable.

Unboxing Video or Photo: For the most accurate assessment, we require an unboxing video or photo. This should be captured immediately upon opening the package to show the product’s condition as received.
Once we verify the damage, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
Our goal is to ensure that you love your Aureva products, and we will work quickly to resolve any issues that may arise with your order.
